Purpose of the role:

To develop and deliver fleet sales objectives of Kia Hungary (KHU) through the deployment of fleet sales activities on the Hungarian market with special focus on the company’s Key Accounts.

Responsible for managing and driving the work of KHU’s fleet team.

 

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

        Achieving fleet KPIs, continuous monitoring of KPI-s pertaining to the scope and role of Fleet Manager

        Managing the fleet sales policy of KHU

        People management responsibility: managing the work of KHU fleet team.

Formulation and monitoring KPIs

   Continuous development, coaching and training.

        Development of KHU fleet sales and Fleet guidelines

   Updating KHU’s Commercial policy

   Keeping the fleet matrix (fleet discount structure) up to date

        Driving an effective and thriving cooperation with the KIA dealer network

   Development of dealer activity agendas

   Organizing dealer trainings

   Visiting key dealers

   Handling/Managing individual requests coming from the dealer network.

        Organizing fleet events to develop strengthen and increase KHU’s Fleet sales business.

        Participation in fleet events organized by KEU (Kia Europe) and KHU

        Planning, controlling and monitoring fleet budget.

        Liaising and working successfully with KEU related regional/central departments.

        Preparation fleet sales reports on demand (both for KEU and KHU)

        Managing the approval process for individual fleet discounts

   Collection of claims

   Preparation of calculations

   Approval of claims

        Work closely with KHU Logistics team

  Coordinating production capacity for larger quantities

   Scheduling monthly deliveries

        Liaising with priority clients

  Active liaison with the senior management of international leasing companies

   Representative contacts with major customers

   Preparation of individual offers

        Monitoring callings for tenders, timely information gathering on conditions and proposals on potential participations for senior management.

        Co-owning Company car- and Family Lease policies in strong collaboration with People & Org team

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Experience

          Higher level education

          At least 6 years of sales experience and 4 years relevant fleet sales experience

          Successful track record in Fleet sales

          Energetic, Proactive, and Driven personality

          Very good communication, negotiating and time management skills.

          Active network in the Hungarian Leasing market/business.

          MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

          Native Hungarian and very good command of business English both verbally and in writing
