FINANCE SPECIALIST

Purpose of the role:

The Finance Specialist will join the local Finance Team of Kia Hungary reporting directly to the Chief Accountant. Major responsibility of the role is to manage all cash related operational activities including payments, cash receipt monitoring and planning.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

-        Managing all outgoing payments: creating payment lists in the ERP system, uploading to the banking system, monitoring internal approval process, managing manual bank payments

-        Planning and coordinating factory invoice payments

-        Managing dealer payments and compensation processes

-        Monitoring and maintaining dealer credit limits

-        A/R and A/P monitoring: payment timing, outstanding and overdue items

-        Creating daily cash reports, participation in monthly and yearly cash-flow planning and forecasting

-        Company credit card management

-        Managing employee cost settlement processes

-        Treasury policy maintenance with the lead of the Chief Accountant

-        Operating company level vendor contract management system – uploading new contracts and modifications

-        Handling vouchers

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Experience

-           College degree in finance

-           Minimum 3 years operational experience in a similar finance position

-           At least basic accounting knowledge

-           High level of accuracy and precision

-           High degree of integrity and ethical compliance

-           Ability to cope with occasionally monotonous work

-           SAP knowledge is an advantage

-           MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook

-           Native Hungarian and intermediate level of English both verbally and in writing
